2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are processed via our online platform and Eventbrite
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Once payment is made, your booking is confirmed and you’ll receive an email confirmation.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds or exchanges are permitted once a booking is made.
If we cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or a reschedule.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, staff illness, low attendance).

4. Age Restrictions

You must be 18 or over to consume alcohol at our events. ID may be required. We reserve the right to refuse service if valid ID is not presented. We are not responsible for age verification it is down the the bar not us. If you are under the age of 18 you are required a legal guardian/adult who is responsible for you at all times.

5. Responsibility & Disclaimer

Paints used at our events may stain clothing or belongings. We advise you to dress appropriately.
We are not liable for any damage to clothing, personal items, or other property during events.
Participation is at your own risk.
Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions beforehand.

6. Intellectual Property

All event materials, artwork, branding, and content remain the property of Paint & Pinot LTD.
Reproduction or commercial use is not permitted without written consent.

7. Website Use

You may not misuse our site (e.g., by hacking, data scraping, or infringing copyrights).
All website content is owned by or licensed to us and must not be reused without permission.

8. Media & Photography

During events, we may take photos and/or videos for use in our marketing, social media, and promotional materials.
By attending and booking an event, you consent to being filmed or photographed and to the use of your image by Paint & Pinot LTD for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a staff member upon arrival and we will do our best to accommodate.

By participating in a Paint & Pinot event, you acknowledge and accept the following:

We are not responsible for any damage to clothing or belongings caused by paint, drinks, or event materials.
Paint can permanently stain certain fabrics — you attend at your own risk.
You are responsible for your own behaviour and consumption of alcohol.
We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.
